Report Misuse

Redwood is committed to ensuring our platform and services are used in line with our Terms of Service and Responsible Use Policy. If you become aware of content or behavior that you believe violates our policies or the law, we encourage you to report it.

What to report

Please report activity that you believe constitutes misuse, including but not limited to: illegal content or conduct, harassment, impersonation, spam, abuse of our systems, or other violations of our terms or applicable law.

How to report

Send a report to abuse@redwoodagents.com. Include as much detail as you can: what you observed, where (e.g. URL or product area), when, and any relevant identifiers. If you have documentation (e.g. screenshots or links), please include it. We will not share your identity with the subject of the report unless required by law.

What we do

We review reports and take action where appropriate, which may include warning users, restricting access, suspending accounts, or reporting to authorities. We are not able to provide detailed follow-up on every report but we take each one seriously.
